SHIPPING POLICY

We deliver products using multiple couriers such as, royal mail dpd & parcelforce. arrive within 1-3 business days unless in the event there are unforeseeable delays.

We ask that you keep a close eye on the tracking of your parcel. If customers would like more information on the location of their items during shipping, it is their responsibility to follow up. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Once your order has left the warehouse, the tech station is no longer liable for its whereabouts. Please see below for more information.

If you have not received your Shipping Confirmation items within 5 business days of making your order, please contact us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately.

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit and processing during sale and holiday periods. If you would like a parcel by a certain date please email us in advance and we may be able to prioritise your order. Please also take note of pre-order delivery time frames before committing to an order.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, the tech station is not liable to refund your purchase or replace the goods. Return to Sender parcels due to an incorrect address and or non-delivery will incur a re-postage processing fee. This will be invoiced to you and not resent until the invoice is paid.

ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE
We encourage customers to track parcels. the tech station  is not liable for fault of delivery by either courier. Please let us know and we can help you to contact the correct customer care, however, we are not able to refund in these circumstances. Return to Sender parcels due to an incorrect address and/or non-delivery will incur a re-postage processing fee. This will be invoiced to you and not resent until the invoice is paid.
